Well, I’m not sure how it happened so fast, but we are half-way through June. It’s been a busy month of graduations, weddings and birthdays. . . and Happy Father’s Day tomorrow! All these celebrations can be hard on a diet-plan, so us challengers need to stick together & support each other! I’ve been fighting the fight although it’s been quite a bit more of a challenge this month. My own personal theory is that the lower your BMI the slower the pounds are shed. Whatever I need to tell myself huh. 😛 Well, lest you think I’ve been a total slacker, here are some pictures to prove I’m still in the game. 😀
I won’t give up my percentage lost this month yet, but I’ll say it’s going about half as fast as it did last month. Slow & Steady Wins The Race! Okay, honestly, I don’t have too many aspirations of winning the June Challenge. But at least I can say, I’m in the game! And here’s a great habit to get into – since we all could use the extra ‘vitamins & minerals’ as my 5 year old would say.
